Support That Meets You Where You Are
Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, or a major life shift, therapy can be a space to slow down, process what you’ve been through, and begin to feel more grounded again. My work is focused on helping you understand your experiences, calm your nervous system, and build tools that support real, lasting change.
I work with adolescents, adults, and high-performing individuals who are ready to reconnect with themselves and move forward with intention. Both private pay and insurance options are available, including Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare.

A Grounded, Practical Approach to Healing
Hi, I'm Tamatha, a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified SAFE trained EMDR therapist. My approach is designed to help you alleviate feeling weighted down by feelings of anxiety or lose sleep due to distressing dreams? Together, we will work on strategies that will allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties and find peace.
We begin by finding effective strategies to safely calm the body and utilize those strategies to cope with stressors. By working together to process deeper experiences using evidence-based methods like EMDR, CBT, and trauma-informed care your goals can be achieved.
Second, we learn grace. Healing doesn’t happen all at once. It happens step by step, in a space where you feel supported, understood, and challenged in the right ways.

"Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass...
it's about learning to dance in the rain."
-Vivian Greene
